We are all accustom to our E-mail being "in the cloud". Gone are the days of AOL & yahoo on our desktops.
We even have "virtual" servers. A software-based replica of a physical server that operates on a single, shared hardware machine. Businesses can reduce costs associated with hardware, power, cooling and more.
Microsoft Office is even in the cloud and subscription based. A lot of our software is "in the cloud". No more driving to the store for the latest release of your program. We just log on to the cloud and purchase it while in our PJs. Most of us even get our TV from the cloud.
